Owner & Kinesiologist
Michael specializes in assessment-based personal training and individualized program design. Every client begins with an assessment where we discover compensation patterns and muscular imbalances. He then designs a program based on the client's unique needs, focusing on exercises that lay the foundation for any fitness program: stability, mobility, posture, core strength and balance.
As a compliment to personal training, Michael is also a trained Holistic Lifestyle Coach; and works nutrition, sleep patterns and stress management into client care.
Your goals become his mission – losing weight, looking and feeling better, having more energy, or strengthening your body. He incorporates a wide variety of exercise modalities including yoga, Pilates, TRX, strength and conditioning, cardiovascular training and calisthenics which keep workouts fresh and challenging.
